Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted. You will be provided with tracking as soon as your order is being packed and preparing to ship. Orders will ship up to 14 days after placement. If you have a tracking number and tracking shows that UPS does not have possession of the package yet - this will update once the package is accepted by UPS. Please be patient - good things take time. :)

Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, perfumes are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. This means they are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

If your shipping address is not correct after placing your order, please let me know ASAP by emailing hello@pearfatparfum.com. If you do not correct your address within 24 hours of purchase, you may be charged additional shipping fees.

I currently am able to ship to the United States & Canada.

Canadian shipping may incur additional customs fees or duty taxes, which are to be paid by the customer.

For customers outside of the U.S. and Canada - check with my retail partners linked here to see if one of them ships to your area.


Returns + Exchanges

Unless your merchandise was damaged upon receiving it, online purchases may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Purchase of a discovery kit is suggested if you are unsure which fragrance you should select.

If my order is lost in transit, can I have a refund or replacement?

Once I have provided tracking for an order & it shows as ‘Delivered’ - I unfortunately cannot accommodate refunds or replacements. Please double check your shipping address at check-out.

If items you received are incorrect, or damaged in transit, please email me within 1 week of delivery at hello@pearfatparfum.com to resolve the issue. Any requests for resolution outside of this timeframe may result in charges for re-shipping, etc.

Do you do custom scents?

I am available to work on custom perfume blends for you or your brand upon request & dependent on my current schedule. Send me an email at hello@pearfatparfum.com with some details about your project, and I will be happy to share more about my custom fragrance process.

A perfume I want is sold out…will you make it again?!

If it is not for sale on the website, it is something I am not currently making. Many of Pearfat’s perfumes are seasonal, and will often be restocked throughout the year. If you missed out on a limited edition fragrance - make sure you follow my socials & sign up for emails for the latest news, releases, and discounts!

Are your products tested on animals? Do you use all-natural ingredients?

No animal testing is done on any Pearfat product and no animal-based products are used. I utilize a blend of natural and synthetic perfumery-grade materials that are designed to be worn on the skin safely. All perfumes have an organic cane alcohol base. Pearfat follows IFRA safety guidelines to ensure the safety of the perfumes in the line.
